Clinical Research Study Evaluating a Potential Medication That May Treat Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema)

Atopic dermatitis – also known as eczema – is a condition that makes your skin red and itchy. There is no cure for eczema, but researchers are focused more than ever on trying to find ways to treat it.

This clinical research study needs volunteers in the Encinitas area who have eczema.

If you have eczema located on your face, neck, arms, legs, back, or stomach, you may qualify. Potential participants must have at least 2% of their body affected. You can estimate the amount of eczema you have using your handprint – 1 handprint = 1% of your body.

We Are Looking for Participants Who:

  • Are aged 18-75
  • Have moderate to severe itching

Participants Will Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Study-related medications at no cost
  • Compensation up to $600 for time and travel may be provided
