Hives is a common skin rash triggered by many things including certain foods, medications, and stress. Symptoms include itchy, raised, red, or skin-colored welts on the skin’s surface. Hives often go away without treatment, but antihistamines can usually be helpful in improving symptoms.
For some people, hives come back again and again. Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria is when hives are present for most days of the week for at least 6 weeks.
This clinical research study is seeking participants who have been diagnosed with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria for at least 6 months, with hives present for at least 6 consecutive weeks (at any point over the past 6 months), who have tried/are trying antihistamines to treat their hives.
