ENDOMETRIOSIS
RESEARCH STUDY

Clinical Research Study for Women Who Suffer Moderate to Severe Endometriosis Pain

Endometriosis is a painful disorder of the uterus affecting 6-10% of women of childbearing age. Endometriosis affects daily activities, social relationships, sexuality, and sexual activity, and mental health. The medical community is hard at work to identify and improve treatments for the pain.

GCP Clinical Research in Tampa is looking for women who suffer moderate to severe endometriosis-associated pain to evaluate how well Elagolix works when used in combination with oral contraceptives. Elagolix is an FDA approved medication for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

We Are Looking for Women Who:

  • Are between 18-49 years old
  • Have documented surgical confirmation of endometriosis and associated moderate to severe pain
  • Agree to use dual non-hormonal methods of contraception consistently during their participation in the study

Participants Will Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Study-related medications at no cost
  • Compensation up to $1,800 for time and travel

Please contact the research center to see if you may be eligible.
