About Type 2 Diabetes

For millions of Americans, living with Type 2 Diabetes is an ongoing challenge. Many diabetics rely on a combination of diet, exercise and oral medication such as metformin. However, many people struggle to control their diabetes with their prescribed medication and must shift to other treatments, including insulin.

The medical community is hard at work to identify and improve treatments to manage the treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, including right here in Rockville, Maryland.

Our Study

We are evaluating an investigational insulin treatment for patients with Type 2 Diabetes who are not adequately controlling their glucose levels with oral medications.

Qualified Participants Will Receive:

  • All study-related care at no cost
  • All study-related investigational medication at no cost
  • Compensation for time may be provided
