If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and took a test in the last 3 days to see if you have it, you may qualify for the BLAZE-5 Study underway in Atlanta.
Only people who have had a COVID-19 test in the last 3 days and who have at least one of the following symptoms will potentially qualify for the BLAZE-5 Study:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sort throat
- Malaise (fatigue)
- Headache
- Muscle pain
- Gastrointestinal symptoms
- Shortness of break with exertion
The BLAZE-5 Study is testing an investigational medicine to see if it is a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19.
Why participate? Each person and each research study are different. Every research study has risks and benefits to consider when deciding whether to participate. If you qualify, you and your loved ones are the only ones who can decide if participation is the right choice for you. Participants may receive up to $800 compensation for time and travel.
