TYPE 2 DIABETES
RESEARCH STUDY

RELYING ON METFORMIN and/or DIET AND EXERCISE?

About Type 2 Diabetes

For millions of Americans, living with Type 2 Diabetes is an ongoing challenge. Many rely on Metformin therapy alone, or a combination of diet and exercise. However, these treatment regimens are not always effective at managing blood sugar.

Diabetes specialists are hard at work to identify and improve treatments to manage the disease. Support from people living with diabetes is needed to help current and future generations to come.

Our Study

We are conducting a research study in your area to evaluate an investigational medication for adults living with diabetes who are currently relying on metformin therapy, and/or diet and exercise.

Participation Requirements

In order to participate, you must have an existing diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes and currently be using metformin (such as Glucophage, Fortamet or Glumetza) or relying on diet and exercise alone and having difficulty managing blood sugar.

Qualified Participants Will Receive:

  • All study-related care at no cost
  • All study-related investigational medication at no cost
  • Possible compensation for their time
