PLAQUE PSORIASIS
RESEARCH STUDY

Many people in our area deal with the unique challenges of plaque psoriasis. Psoriasis can have a significant disease burden for those affected. While there is no cure for plaque psoriasis, researchers are focused more than ever on trying to find ways to address those challenges, including right here in Tampa.

ForCare Clinical Research is seeking volunteers who identify as non-white with moderate to severe psoriasis on the body or scalp to help evaluate an investigational medication.

You may qualify if plaque psoriasis affects at least 10% of your body (including your scalp). To estimate how much of your body has plaque psoriasis, 1% of the body is approximately the size of the palm of your hand. So, if you think there are about 10 “palm prints” of plaque psoriasis, you may qualify.

We are looking for volunteers who:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Self-identify as non-white
  • Have had moderate to severe plaque psoriasis on the body or scalp for at least 6 months

Participants may receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Investigational medication at no cost
  • Reimbursement for time and travel
