NOTALGIA PARASTHETICA
RESEARCH STUDY

Clinical Research Study Evaluating an Investigational Oral Medication That May Treat the Intense Back Itch Caused by Notalgia Paresthetica.

Notalgia paresthetica (NP) is a nerve disorder that causes an intense and sometimes painful itch on your upper to middle back — mainly between the shoulder blades. There is no cure for NP, but researchers are focused more than ever on trying to find ways to treat it.

Austin Institute for Clinical Research needs volunteers in the Austin area who have had itching caused by NP for at least 6 months to evaluate a potential oral medication.

Participants Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Study-related medications at no cost
  • Reimbursement for time and travel may be provided

Complete the form today to get in touch with Austin Institute for Clinical Research.
