PEDIATRIC MIGRAINE
RESEARCH STUDY

Watching a child have to deal with migraines can be frustrating when nothing seems to help them.

Many children deal with the pain of migraine headaches. There is no cure and researchers are focused more than ever on trying to find ways to help.

Dr. Cynthia Huffman at ForCare Clinical Research in Tampa is looking for children aged 6-17 who have been diagnosed with migraine and who have not seen improvements with previous treatments to take part in a research study.

We Are Looking for Children Who:

  • Are between the ages of 6 and 17
  • Have a history of migraine attacks for more than 6 months
  • Have 2 to 8 migraine attacks per month
  • Have not seen improvements with previous treatments
  • Have a parent, caregiver, or legal guardian to help them throughout the study

Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Investigational medication from a local physician at no cost
  • Reimbursement for travel
