LOW BACK PAIN
RESEARCH STUDY

Living with Chronic Low Back Pain?

Chronic low back pain is long-term pain, stiffness, or decreased range and mobility of the back. The causes of this pain can be many things, from injury to osteoarthritis. It is typically characterized by a persistent pain or stiffness and difficulty standing upright for long periods of time. Over the counter medications may not be effective in treating such pain.

A research study being sponsored by a major pharmaceutical company is underway throughout the country, including right here in Bay City. We are seeking adults who suffer from chronic low back pain to participate in our research study.

You May Qualify if You:

  • Have had persistent low back pain for longer than 6 months
  • Have tried over the counter and/or prescription medication with inadequate relief

Participants will receive study related care and investigational medication at no cost, as well as compensation for time and travel.
