MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM
RESEARCH STUDY

A CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY IS BEING CONDUCTED FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM.

Molluscum contagiosum is a viral skin infection that results in itchy, round, firm bumps that can occur anywhere on the body. The condition spreads through contact with an infected person or a contaminated object. Though painless, the small bumps might itch. Scratched bumps can spread infection to surrounding skin.

A research study is now underway in Greenville to evaluate an investigational gel for molluscum contagiosum. Find out if you or your child may qualify today.

Qualified Participants Must:

  • Be at least 6 months old
  • Have molluscum contagiosum

Participants Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Investigational medication or placebo from a study physician at no cost
  • Compensation up to $595 may be provided
