RESEARCH STUDY

We’re Searching for a Way to Live Life Beyond the Mask

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and took a test in the last 3 days to see if you have it, you may qualify for the BLAZE-4 Study underway in Ridgeland.

Only people who have had a COVID-19 test in the last 3 days will potentially qualify for the BLAZE-4 Study. If you are interested in the study and have had a COVID-19 test in the last 3 days. It’s important to begin the prequalification process as soon as possible. To do so, call 601-521-5551 or complete the form to submit your contact information to Quinn Healthcare in Ridgeland.

The BLAZE-4 Study is available to people with COVID-19 symptoms, who took a test to confirm their diagnosis in the last 3 days. Most research research centers are offering in-home appointments to make participation convenient.

The BLAZE-4 Study is testing two investigational medicines, LY-CoV555 and LY-CoV016, to see if they are a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19. The study aims to learn if LY-CoV555, given alone or combined with LY-CoV016, could lessen how sick someone may become if they already have COVID-19. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is allowing these investigational medicines to be used for research, as part of the approval process for new medicines. More research is needed to see if LY-CoV555 and LY-CoV016 could be an effective COVID-19 treatment, which is why we are conducting this study. You can help by participating.

Why participate? Each person and each research study are different. Every research study has risks and benefits to consider when deciding whether to participate. If you qualify, you and your loved ones are the only ones who can decide if participation is the right choice for you. Participants may receive up to $800 compensation for time and travel.

If you’re interested in joining the study, please complete the form or call 601-521-5551 to contact Quinn Healthcare in Ridgeland. You can change your mind about participation at any time, even after you are enrolled.
