RESEARCH STUDY
for Excess Cortisol Due to Adrenal Adenomas

Is an adrenal adenoma the root of the problem?

  • Type 2 diabetes with difficult sugar control
  • Difficulty losing weight
  • High blood pressure

If you’re experiencing these symptoms AND you’ve had a CAT scan of your abdomen in the last 3 years we would like to talk to you about a study to evaluate and treat adrenal adenoma.

There is a need for a treatment that can help adults with cortisol excess due to adrenal adenomas or hyperplasia. If adrenal tumor removal surgery is not an option for you, learn more about the GRADIENT Study.

The GRADIENT Study is evaluating if this investigational medication can reduce the activity of the excess cortisol in the body that comes with hypercortisolism. This study is researching if these excess levels of cortisol impact your high blood pressure and/or high blood glucose.

We Are Looking for Participants Who:

  • Are 18 to 80 years of age
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of high blood pressure and/or high blood glucose
  • Have an adrenal adenoma
  • Are not currently pregnant or breast feeding

Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medical care at no cost
  • Investigational medication from a local physician at no cost
  • Reimbursement for time and travel expenses

Take action today! You may qualify for the GRADIENT Study
