Could I qualify to participate in the trial? 

  • Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes and 
    • 60 years or older or 
    • 40 years or older and 
      • Living with diabetes for 10+ years
      • Living with mild to moderate loss of kidney function  

If you qualify, you will receive at no cost: 

  • An investigational drug with convenient dosing
  • A study-sponsored echocardiogram to evaluate your heart function
  • Study-related support and monitoring by a healthcare team
  • Education about diabetic complications, including Diabetic Cardiomyopathy
